Sandy is a master educator who has invested 20+ years teaching Art Education to students of all ages in public school as well as higher education. As a champion of the arts, she also served for 15 years on the board of the art education field organization in her state. In her various capacities of leadership, she was an elementary division director and co-lead a special committee focused on learning through design. Her passion for learning extends beyond her classroom through collaborations with colleagues in her building, and multiple events and community engagements in the arts. Sandy's passion for creative learning creates a safe and challenging environment where students learn to take risks and seek innovative solutions.
