The 40th Annual East Tennessee Federal Programs Conference is an exciting professional development event held each year in December in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Over the past several years, our conference has grown to over 1400 attendees and includes participation from elementary and secondary teachers, principals, district administrators, and superintendents, as well as federal program directors from across Tennessee and beyond. The goal of the East Tennessee Federal Programs Conference is to prepare teachers to use the findings of research to determine how best to teach content, and then equip teachers with the knowledge and skills that will enable them to do so. Conference presentations promise inspiring and practical strategies that highlight current and successful practices that support achievement for all students. Conference content includes strategies to implement and support professional growth that not only empowers teachers to succeed in the present but enables them to grow over time. Come join us for this professional learning experience where experts and practitioners will lead more than 100 sessions to deepen your understanding of best practices that yield results for improving student performance.
