With Graduation season nearing, a lot of us will take the time to reflect on the past year and look forward to the year ahead. It is the perfect time of year to have your students do the same! Looking at Me – In the Future, is a perfect lesson plan to spark your students' thoughts on what they want to do in the future.
The lesson plan encourages students to do research on themselves (by interviewing their parents) and brainstorming where they want to be in the future. They will then illustrate their autobiography on a 3-D box and share their dreams with their classmates! You can save these 3-D boxes and give to students when it's their time to graduate so they can see how their visions for the future changed or stayed the same!
